V Strength & Tone Classes are designed for both Male and Female Trainers.
We use various training methods like German Volume, Time Under Tension, and Super Set workouts. Please feel free to get in contact with me to discuss if this program is for you!


In conjunction with the strength training program, we also provide you with nutritional advice, in order to get long term sustainable results.
